ROYAL HAWAIIAN BAND. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement to the contrary, policies and practices relating to hours of work, compensation, and vacation of the Royal Hawaiian Band which are mutually agreed in writing by the Employer and the Union shall be retained and be made a matter of record and filed with the Employer and the Union.
