Common use of Royalties on Net Sales Clause in Contracts

Royalties on Net Sales. In partial consideration for the rights and licenses granted to GSK under this Agreement, GSK shall pay to Santarus tiered royalties on Net Sales of Licensed Products in the GSK Territory during the Term at the applicable rates set forth in Section 7.2.1, subject to adjustment as set forth in Section 7.2.2 below and subject to Section 7.2.3. Royalties with respect to Net Sales made in each Calendar Quarter shall be paid within thirty (30) days following the applicable Calendar Quarter end.

Royalties with respect to Net Sales made in each Calendar Quarter shall be paid within thirty (30) [***] days following the applicable Calendar Quarter end.
