Royalty Payments and the Calculation Thereof. Bank shall pay to Retailer the royalty payments as set forth below. (a) The royalty payment in the case of all Co-Brand Purchases and PLCC Purchases shall be an amount equal to the product of Net Purchase Volume applicable to Co-Brand Purchases and PLCC Purchases and (i) [***] and (ii) [***] (the “Retailer Royalty”).
