Internet Gambling. The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act prohibits any person engaged in the business of betting or wagering from knowingly accepting payments in connection with the participation of another person in unlawful internet gambling. You may not conduct any transactions through your account or banking relationship with us if they involved participation in unlawful Internet gambling. If you engage in an internet gambling business and open an account with us, you must provide evidence of your legal capacity to maintain your account.
Internet Gambling. You may not use your Debit Card for internet gambling.
Internet Gambling. In accordance with the requirements of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, you cannot use your account or relationship with the Bank to accept credit, funds, instruments or other proceeds from another person in connection with unlawful internet gambling. When the Bank has actual knowledge of you participating in restricted transactions, the Bank may use its judgment to deny access to and/or close your account.
Internet Gambling. Retailer covenants that it shall not permit any transaction through any Retailer Sales Channel or the Retailer Website, and shall not submit any Charge Transaction Data, with respect to which any Credit Card was used to place, receive, or otherwise knowingly transmit a bet or wager by any means which involves the use, at least in part, of the Internet where such bet or wager is unlawful under any applicable Federal or State law in the State or Tribal lands in which the bet or wager is initiated, received, or otherwise made.
Internet Gambling. You agree not to process transactions that are restricted under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement (UIGEA). Internet gambling transactions are prohibited and should not be processed through any accounts. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations. You are responsible for compliance with any applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Internet Gambling. UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING TRANSACTIONS PROHIBITED. If you are a commercial customer, the bank will require certification that you are not now engaged in, and during the life of this Agreement will not engage in, any activity or business that is unlawful under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, 31 USC 5361, et seq., (the “UIGEA”). You may not use your Account or any other service we offer to receive any funds, transfer, credit, instrument or proceeds that arise out of a business that is unlawful under the UIGEA. You agree that if anyone asks us to process a transaction that we believe is restricted under the UIGEA, we may block the transaction and take any other action we deem to be reasonable under the UIGEA and this Agreement. The Bank will make a reasonable effort to ascertain at account opening if an account is involved with Unlawful Internet Gambling and will not knowingly open and maintain any account for these purposes. If the bank has actual knowledge of an account being utilized for Unlawful Internet Gambling, the account will be closed. In addition to closure of the account, discovery of restricted and unlawful gambling will initiate the filing of required documentation with the proper authorities.

The Credit Union is prohibited from processing illegal transactions, through your accounts or through our relationship with you, including unlawful Internet Gambling transactions. You may not use your account in any manner or for any transaction that we believe poses an undue risk of illegality. We will refuse to process any such activity. We will impose restrictions on your account including closing your account if you engage in unlawful activity. If you use your account relationship or engage in a transaction that is determined to be illegal, you will be liable to us. You waive any right to take legal action against the Credit Union for any illegal use or transactions and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Credit Union and any third-party processors from and against any lawsuits, other legal action, or liability that results directly or indirectly from such illegal use or transactions. You agree to certify to us at account opening and, if requested, annually that you do not engage in an Internet Gambling businesses. You authorize us to investigate the Account Owner, the principals’, and the Authorized Signers’ background, including without limitation, any financial institution and payment processor references. You also agree to notify us immediately if at any time the Account Owner’s business changes in any way that causes any prior certification to be inaccurate. If you certify to us that the Account Owner(s) has legal authority to engage in an Internet Gambling business, you acknowledge and agree that we will close the account at our sole and absolute discretion. Additionally, if internet gambling activity is detected during our routine monitoring of accounts, we reserve the right to close the account without prior notification to you.
Internet Gambling. Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located; if so, you are not authorized to use your Visa Card to complete these transactions. The Credit Union assumes no responsibility or culpability whatsoever for any illegal use of the Card.
