Common use of Royalty Reporting Clause in Contracts

Royalty Reporting. Within 30 days following the last day of each calendar quarter ending after the Effective Date, Licensee shall submit to Philips (even in the event that no sales have been made) a Royalty Reporting Form through the Philips Licensee Portal setting forth with respect to the preceding calendar quarter, in a true, accurate and complete manner, and for all Licensed Products made, have made, or Sold directly or indirectly by Licensee or its Affiliates in the Territory, including:
