Access Fees Sample Clauses

Access Fees. You will pay all service fees or other charges applicable to your access to and use of any of the Services. We will charge your Accounts for any service fees or other charges that apply at the time they are incurred. We will give you notice of these service fees and charges and may change them from time to time by providing you with prior notice. You acknowledge that these service fees or other charges are in addition to any other services fees or other charges that may apply to an Account. Unless we otherwise agree, any payment must be made in money which is legal tender at the time of payment.
Access FeesThe Company shall have the right to negotiate arrangements with third parties for the delivery to Members of services and benefits that are not otherwise covered under the Plan. The Company may retain any fees paid by the third parties pursuant to the arrangements.
Access Fees. The one-time access fee due according to Section 3 of the Agreement for each Outline described in Exhibit A-8, which shall be due and payable to Bitstream within thirty (30) days of delivery of each Outline, is as follows: None.
Access Fees. Access fees are a percentage of the savings generated by the discounts between the Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan and the provider. Some plans may charge up to 7.75% of savings generated by their discounts, up to $2,000 per claim, as a network access charge. If there are no savings from the discounts, there will be no access fee charged.
Access Fees. A yearly access fee shall be due from the Keyholder. Invoices will be sent to each Keyholder's office and a notice will appear in the Association/SCWMLS newsletter and on the SCWMLS website. It is the Keyholder's responsibility to obtain such invoice and make timely payment. Access fees must be paid PRIOR to the beginning of each service period. Failure to pay the access fee when due will result in interruption/termination of access. Payments received after the due date will reactivate authorization back to the beginning of the then current service period. There shall be no refunds for partial service periods for those who terminate participation. For new Keyholders beginning during a service period, the fee will be prorated in quarterly increments for the then current service period.
Access Fees. For the privilege of accessing the Commercial Vehicle Curbside (CVC) through the Airport’s taxicab dispatch system, the Contractor shall pay the Authority an Access Fee of $2.65 per recorded exit from the CVC of taxicabs within the Contractor’s fleet. This fee shall be paid regardless of whether or not a passenger fare has been picked up while within the CVC. For the privilege of providing service to the Airport under the Washington Flyer trademark, the Contractor shall pay the Authority an Access Fee of $2.65 per recorded trip through the Arrivals or Departures Level by any taxicabs within the Contractor’s fleet. This fee shall be paid regardless of whether or not the taxicab is carrying a passenger. Each week the Authority will provide the Contractor with a detailed report of all trips by its fleet as recorded by the Authority’s Automated Vehicle Identification (AVI) system. After the end of each month, the Authority will invoice the Contractor for all of that month’s taxicab trip activity as recorded by the AVI system. The Contractor shall collect the $2.65 per recorded trip from the taxicab operator incurring the Access Fee. The Contractor shall not discount the Access Fee or apply any surcharge to it. The Contractor shall only charge the taxicab operators for the trips reported by the Authority. The Access Fee is intended to cover the Authority’s costs associated with the AVI, CVC, and airport taxi dispatch system. The fee is subject to change by the Authority at the Authority’s sole discretion. The Contracting Officer will provide the Contractor with advance notice of any change to the Access Fee and the Contractor shall undertake reasonable measures to notify the taxicab operators.
Access Fees. Starting immediately after Activation Date and thereafter during the term of this Agreement, Customer will pay Avancie Access Fees, including purchase of credits and any other charges in accordance with the Schedule of Fees annexed to this Agreement and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.‌
Access Fees. As payment for providing access to the electronic medical records and the call center as described in Sections 1.2(a)(1), 1.2(a)(3) and 1.2(a)(11) above, Manager shall be entitled to an access fee that is typically payable directly by the third party customer on behalf of the Members pursuant to separate or three-party customer service agreements between or among such customers, PA or the applicable PC, and Manager. PA will make, and will cause each PC to make, commercially reasonable efforts to negotiate in such agreements with customers that the per Member per month access fees be paid directly to Manager; provided, however, that to the extent that such separate access fees are paid directly to PA or a PC, PA or such PC shall turn over all such access fees to Manager. If any access fees are paid by a customer on a per Member usage basis, such access fees shall be covered in the fixed fee described below.
Access Fees. Commencing no later than sixty (60) days after the Effective Date, and provided that the Subscriber has delivered all necessary assets to Provider for deployment, Provider shall provide to Subscriber access to the Software at the level described in the attached Schedule A via an Internet web browser under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in consideration of the fees described in Schedule A.
Access FeesClient shall pay Access Fees to CleanBrain for the Use of the CleanTelligent Subscription Services by Client and its Access Agents as set forth in Exhibit B attached to this Agreement and by this reference made a part hereof. Access Fees shall be charged to Client for each Service Provider User that is considered an active record, for each day, and for each “Module” such Service Provider User has any access to, whether that Service Provider User Used the CleanTelligent Subscription Services or not, all as determined by CleanBrain from time to time. Client agrees to have a minimum of one (1) “Administrator” Service Provider User active at all times, as set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement, unless the Use of CleanTelligent Subscription Services is suspended as set forth herein. Access Agents that are considered a “Contact” in the CleanTelligent Subscription Services shall not be counted towards Access Fees, as determined by CleanBrain in its sole discretion.
