ROZHODNÉ PRÁVO A ŘEŠENÍ SPORŮ. 13.1 This Agreement and the rights and obligations arising from it (including the rights and obligations arising from breach of this Agreement occurring or will occur) will be governed by the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code. 13.1 Tato Smlouva a práva a povinnosti z ní vzniklá (včetně práv a povinností z porušení této Smlouvy, ke kterému došlo nebo dojde) se budou řídit zákonem č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník.
