ROZHODNÉ PRÁVO, ŘEŠENÍ SPORŮ. (a) This Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it are governed by and must be construed in accordance with Czech law.

(b) Mutual rights and obligations of the parties that are not expressly provided for in this Agreement shall be governed by the civil code. Any and all disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic.
