ROZHODNÉ PRÁVO, ŘEŠENÍ SPORŮ. (a) This Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it are governed by and must be construed in accordance with Czech law. (b) Mutual rights and obligations of the parties that are not expressly provided for in this Agreement shall be governed by the civil code. (c) Any disputes, disagreements or claims arising on the basis of this Agreement or in connection with it that cannot be settled by mutual agreement of the Parties shall be resolved through the competent court of the Czech Republic. (a) Tato Smlouva i jakékoli mimosmluvní povinnosti z ní nebo v souvislosti s ní vyplývající se řídí a musí být vykládány v souladu s českým právem. (b) Vzájemná práva a povinnosti stran výslovně neupravené touto Smlovou se řídí občanským zákoníkem. (c) Jakékoli spory, neshody nebo nároky vzniklé na základě této Smlouvy nebo ve spojitosti s ní, které není možné urovnat vzájemnou dohodou smluvních stran, budou řešeny prostřednictvím příslušného soudu České republiky.
