RULES AND REGULATIONS. Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with the following Rules and Regulations. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the nonperformance of any of said Rules and Regulations by or otherwise with respect to the acts or omissions of any other tenants or occupants of the Project. In the event of any conflict between the Rules and Regulations and the other provisions of this Lease, the latter shall control.

Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with the following Rules rules and Regulationsregulations promulgated by the Landlord and all reasonable modifications of and additions to it from time to time put into effect by Landlord. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the nonperformance by any other tenant or occupant of the Building of any of said Rules such rules and Regulations by or otherwise with respect to the acts or omissions of any other tenants or occupants of the Project. In the event of any conflict between the Rules and Regulations and the other provisions of this Lease, the latter shall controlregulations.
