If the Issuer fails to maintain a Securities Registrar or Paying Agent, the Trustee shall act as such and shall be entitled to appropriate compensation therefor pursuant to Section 607. The Issuer initially appoints the Trustee as Security Registrar and Paying Agent in connection with the Securities.
