Registrar definition

Registrar means any bank or trust company having an office in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York, which shall be appointed to register Receipts and transfers of Receipts as herein provided.

Registrar has the meaning provided in Section 2.03.

• Such Paying Agent shall, as soon as practicable, send to the Registrar the details required by such person for the purposes of this Clause 6.1 and the cancelled ETP Security or Global Security, as applicable.
