Rules for Conduct of Committee Affairs. Except as otherwise provided by the Trustees, each Committee elected or appointed pursuant to this Article 4 may adopt such standing rules and regulations for the conduct of its affairs as it may deem desirable, subject to review and approval of such rules and regulations by the Trustees at the next succeeding meeting of the Trustees, but in the absence of any such action or any contrary provisions by the Trustees, the business of each Committee shall be conducted, so far as practicable, in the same manner as provided herein and in the Declaration for the Trustees.
