Rules of Building. Tenant, Tenant's agents, employees and invitees will comply fully with building rules and regulations which are attached to this Lease and made a part of it by this reference. Landlord may amend or change the rules and regulations as it may deem advisable to provide for the safety, protection, care, and cleanliness of the building, and Landlord shall give Tenant a written copy of all such rules and amendments.
