Rules of Procedure. By referring any specific grievance to be dealt with in the expedited arbitration procedure it is understood and agreed that the matter is to be dealt with in accordance with the Rules of Procedure attached to this Agreement as Appendix 1.
Rules of Procedure. The proceedings and business of the Committee shall be governed by Xxxxxx’s Rules of Order unless otherwise waived by the Committee.
Rules of Procedure. (1) The Rules of Procedure shall lay down the details of the proceedings before the Court. They shall comply with this Agreement and the Statute.
(2) The Rules of Procedure shall be adopted by the Administrative Committee on the basis of broad consultations with stakeholders. The prior opinion of the European Commission on the compatibility of the Rules of Procedure with Union law shall be requested. The Rules of Procedure may be amended by a decision of the Administrative Committee, on the basis of a proposal from the Court and after consultation with the European Commission. However, such amendments shall not contradict or alter this Agreement or the Statute.
(3) The Rules of Procedure shall guarantee that the decisions of the Court are of the highest quality and that proceedings are organised in the most efficient and cost effective manner. They shall ensure a fair balance between the legitimate interests of all parties. They shall provide for the required level of discretion of judges without impairing the predictability of proceedings for the parties.

Rules of Procedure. The Panel shall determine its Rules of Procedure which shall include arrangements in relation to the:
a) the appointment and removal of the Chairman;
b) the formation of sub-committees;
c) the making of decisions;
d) the arrangements for convening meetings; and,
e) the circulation of information.
Rules of Procedure. Except as otherwise stated herein, arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of procedure for arbitration of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) as in force on the date of this Contract.
Rules of Procedure. 1. Dispute settlement procedures under this Section shall be governed by Annex 9 (Rules of Procedure for Arbitration).
2. Any meeting of the arbitration panel shall be open to the public in accordance with Annex 9 (Rules of Procedure for Arbitration).
Rules of Procedure. 1. Dispute settlement procedures under Chapter III of this Title shall be governed by the Rules of Procedure which shall be adopted by the Joint EPA Council within three month after its establishment.
2. Any meeting of the arbitration panel shall be open to the public in accordance with the Rules of Procedure, unless otherwise decided by the Special Group on its own initiative or further to the request of Parties.
Rules of Procedure. Dispute settlement procedures under this Chapter shall be governed by the Rules of Procedure set out in Annex V and by the Code of Conduct set out in Annex VI.
Rules of Procedure. 1. Dispute settlement procedures under this Chapter shall be governed by Annex 12-2 of this Agreement. Arbitration Panels may, after consulting the Parties, adopt additional rules of procedure not inconsistent with this Agreement.
2. Any time period or other rules and procedures for Arbitration Panels provided for in this Chapter may be modified by mutual consent of the Parties. The Parties may also agree at any time not to apply any provision of this Chapter.
