Rules of Construction; Interpretation. (a) Except where the context expressly requires otherwise, (i) the use of the singular includes the plural (and vice versa), (ii) the use of a pronoun of any gender is applicable to all genders, (iii) the words “include”,“includes” and “including” are understood to be followed by the phrase “without limitation”, (iv) all references in this Agreement to Sections, Schedules, and Exhibits are understood to refer to Sections of and Schedules and Exhibits to this Agreement; (v) references to this Agreement include all Schedules and Exhibits to it; and (vi) the headings preceding the text of the Sections of this Agreement and of the Schedules and Exhibits to it are solely for the convenience of reference and are not intended to affect the interpretation of any provision.
