Common use of Rules of Residents Club Clause in Contracts

Rules of Residents Club. The Developer shall be entitled to make rules, regulations and/or bye-laws for governing and regulating the user charges, management, maintenance, general administration, running and operation of the Residents Club (Club Rules) which shall be binding on all flat owners as members thereof including the Allottee and the Allottee hereby agrees to abide with all such rules and regulations of the Residents Club.
