Rulings. There are no outstanding rulings of, or requests for rulings by, any Taxation Authority addressed to the Company that are, or if issued would be, binding on the Company.

Rulings. There are no outstanding rulings of, or requests for rulings by, any Taxation Authority Tax authority addressed to the Company that are, or if issued would be, binding on the Company.

Rulings. There are no outstanding rulings of, or requests for rulings by, any Taxation Governmental Authority addressed to the Company or its Subsidiaries that are, or if issued would be, binding on the CompanyCompany or its Subsidiaries.

Rulings.
