RUS Instruments. FFB shall have received from RUS the following instruments (such instruments being, collectively, the "RUS Instruments"): (a) an original counterpart of this Agreement, duly executed by RUS; (b) the original RUS Guarantee relating to the Bond, duly executed by RUS; and (c) an original RUS Certificate relating to the RUS Guarantee and other matters, duly executed by RUS.
