Common use of SaaS Service Clause in Contracts

SaaS Service. If Buyer is purchasing a SaaS Subscription, Licensor will provide the SaaS Service to Buyer in accordance with the Standard Contract Listing promptly following purchase of the Subscription and continuing until completion of the Subscription. Licensor will provide Buyer all license keys, access credentials and passwords necessary for access and use of the Software and SaaS Service (“Keys”) as set forth in the Standard Contract Listing.

SaaS Service. If Buyer is purchasing a SaaS Service Subscription, Licensor will provide the Product to Buyer as a SaaS Service to Buyer in accordance with the Standard Contract Product Listing promptly following purchase of the Subscription and continuing until completion termination of the Subscription. Licensor will provide Buyer all license keys, access credentials and passwords necessary for access and use of the Software and Product via the SaaS Service (“Keys”) as set forth in the Standard Contract Product Listing.

SaaS Service. If Buyer is purchasing a SaaS Subscription, Licensor will provide the SaaS Service to Buyer in accordance with the Standard Contract Listing Sales Order promptly following purchase of the Subscription and continuing until completion of the Subscription. Licensor will provide Buyer all license keys, access credentials and passwords necessary for access and use of the Software and SaaS Service (“Keys”) as set forth in the Standard Contract ListingSales Order.

If Buyer is purchasing a SaaS Subscription, Licensor will provide the SaaS Service to Buyer in accordance with the Standard Managed Service Contract Listing promptly following purchase of the Subscription and continuing until completion of the Subscription. Licensor will provide Buyer all license keys, access credentials and passwords necessary for access and use of the their Software and SaaS Service (“Keys”) as set forth in the Standard Managed Service Contract Listing.

SaaS Service. If Buyer is purchasing a SaaS Subscription, Licensor will provide the SaaS Service to Buyer in accordance with the Standard Contract Listing promptly following purchase of the Subscription and continuing until completion of the Subscription. Licensor will provide Buyer all license keys, access credentials and passwords necessary for access and use of the Software and SaaS Service (“Keys”) as set forth in the Standard Contract Listing.
