New Features. We may, from time to time, introduce new features to the Online Service or modify or delete existing features in our sole discretion. We shall notify you of any of these changes to features if we are legally required to do so. By using any new or modified features when they become available, you agree to be bound by the rules concerning these features.
New Features. Customer may request new features or functionality to be built into the Passport System, and, to the extent that Passport plans in its sole discretion to incorporate such requested new features or functionality into the Passport System, Passport will develop such features and functionality at no cost to Customer pursuant to Passport’s development timeline. If Customer desires to expedite such development, Passport may, in its sole discretion, charge Customer an expedite fee to develop the requested features or functionality, provided, however, that Passport shall first notify Customer of the expedite fee and receive written approval from Customer to proceed. If Customer’s requested features or functionality are created for Customer’s use and Passport does not plan to incorporate such requested features into the Passport System, Passport may, in its sole discretion, charge Customer a custom development fee for the development of such features or functionality, provided again, however, that Passport shall first notify Customer of the custom development fee and receive written approval from Customer to proceed.
New Features. Bank agrees that for any new feature or functionality that Company designs and offers solely to Bank, Bank will not make any of these features or functionalities available to Company’s competitors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should a Company competitor, without any support or assistance from Bank, create a similar feature, Bank shall have the right to support and deliver such feature, but only to the extent that it can do so without violating its obligations under this Agreement.
New Features. Licensor may make new tools, features or functionality related to the Technology available from time to time (an “Upgrade”), the use of which may be contingent upon Licensee's agreement to additional terms. To the extent the use of an Upgrade is conditioned upon the payment of additional fees, Licensee will not be required to use the Upgrade or, at Licensor’s sole discretion, will be entitled to access and use the Upgrade without the payment of such Fees.
New Features. The Supplier may introduce new features or functionality within the SaaS Service or a Mobile App with corresponding additional fees (“Optional New Features”) by giving the Client written notice of their availability and applicability. Use of any such Optional New Feature by the Client will be optional and subject to payment of the corresponding additional fee as notified by the Supplier to the Client. The Client acknowledges that the Supplier provides no commitment to introduce Optional New Features or any other features or functionality not already included within the SaaS Service or Mobile App as at the Start Date, and the Client agrees that its acceptance of this Agreement, and obligation to pay the Fees, is not contingent on any future features or functionality or any oral or written comments in public promotional material in relation to future features or functionality.

By using a Service after a feature has been added, modified or deleted, your use will be your agreement to any and all terms and conditions applicable to such feature.
New Features. Purdue Federal may, from time to time, introduce new features to Digital Banking, modify or delete existing features in our sole discretion. We may notify you of any of these changes to features if we are legally required to do so. By using any new or modified features when they become available, you agree to be bound by any terms and conditions concerning these features.
New Features. For newly available API operations, IRCTC may set both the Quota Charges per quota unit and the number of quota units consumed by those new API operations at any time by notifying you or posting such pricing changes to IRCTC's rate card.
New Features. Imprev may, in its sole discretion, make new feature releases available to Market Leader. If Market Leader wishes to add features to the Marketing Center that require modification of the code base of the Imprev Marketing Platform Market Leader shall be billed a Technology Development Fee, per Exhibit A, for all development work required to add the feature(s). Imprev and Market Leader shall mutually agree to the scope and potential billable hours prior to Imprev conducting any billable work. In no case will Market Leader be billed for any new features without Market Leader’s prior written agreement.
