Common use of SACTWU HIV/AIDS PROJECT Clause in Contracts

SACTWU HIV/AIDS PROJECT. (1) There is hereby established an HIV/AIDS Project, known as the SACTWU HIV/AIDS Project. (2) Every employer to whom this part of the Agreement applies shall each week for each employee in his employ contribute an amount of 71 cents to the SACTWU HIV/AIDS Project. The amount shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Council, P O Box 1142, Woodstock, 7915, within seven days of the end of the week in which the contribution fall due.
