Safe Access to Work. Owner Parties shall have access to the Work and the Site at all times. Contactor shall furnish adequate facilities, as required, for Owner Parties to safely access and inspect the Site and the Work, including without limitation, walkways, railings, ladders, tunnels, and platforms. Producers, Suppliers, and fabricators shall also provide proper facilities and access to accommodate Owner Parties’ inspections.
