SAFEGUARDING CARD INFORMATION. A. Release of Card Information. Merchant will not, under any circumstance, disclose, copy, distribute, release, make public or transmit Card information including account number, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2 or other Card security codes, or any data element relating to the Card to any third party, person, company, recipient or entity other than Service Provider or its authorized processing agent.
