Common use of Safeguarding Obligation Clause in Contracts

Safeguarding Obligation. Except as provided or contemplated herein, and subject to applicable state, federal, and/or international laws, rules, regulations, or orders (including Iowa Code Chapter 22 and any corresponding implementing rules, regulations, or orders), DOE shall not intentionally disclose Vendor’s Confidential Information to a Third Party (excluding DOE’s Authorized Contractors) without the prior written consent of Vendor.

Safeguarding Obligation. Except as provided or contemplated herein, and subject to applicable state, federal, and/or international laws, rules, regulations, or orders (including Iowa Code Chapter 22 and any corresponding implementing rules, regulations, or orders), DOE Governmental Entities shall not intentionally disclose Vendor’s Confidential Information to a Third Party (excluding DOE’s other Governmental Entities and Authorized Contractors) without the prior written consent of Vendor.
