Safeguards of Academic Freedom. Where the University receives a Public Records Request (PRR) for information or documents authored by a BUFM identified in the PRR, the University shall, to the extent permitted by law, give that faculty member a copy of the PRR and a copy of the University’s response as it relates to information or documents authored by that faculty member. The University shall provide the affected BUFM with the foregoing as quickly as practicable.

The University shall provide the affected BUFM Bargaining Unit Faculty Member with the foregoing as quickly as practicable.
