Safety and Loss Management. 11.1 The University shall comply with, and shall cause its employees and students and its subcontractors, and their respective employees, students and agents to comply with, all applicable laws in the performance of the Project, including without limitation, all laws in respect of maintaining workers' compensation coverage.
