Common use of Safety Appliances Clause in Contracts

Safety Appliances. To keep the Premises equipped with all safety appliances required by law or ordinance or any other regulation of any public authority because of any use made by Tenant (other than those required to obtain a certificate of occupancy to permit Xxxxxx's initial occupancy of the Premises, which shall be provided by Landlord) and to procure all licenses and permits so required because of such use and, if requested by Landlord, to do any work so required because of such use, it being understood that the foregoing provisions shall not be construed to broaden in any way Tenant's Permitted Uses;

Safety Appliances. To keep the Premises equipped with all safety equipment or appliances required by law or ordinance or any other regulation of any public authority because of any use made by Tenant (other than those required to obtain a certificate of occupancy to permit Xxxxxx's initial occupancy of the Premises, which shall be provided by Landlord) and to procure all and licenses and permits so as required because of such use and, if requested by Landlord, to do any work so required because of such use, it being understood that the foregoing provisions shall not be construed to broaden in any way Tenant's Permitted Uses;

To keep the Premises equipped with all safety appliances required by law or ordinance or any other regulation of any public or private authority having jurisdiction over the Premises (including insurance underwriters or rating bureaus) because of any use made by Tenant (other than those required to obtain a certificate of occupancy to permit Xxxxxx's initial occupancy of the Premises, which shall be provided by Landlord) and to procure all licenses and permits so required because of such use and, if requested by Landlord, to do any work so required because of such use, it being understood that the foregoing provisions shall not be construed to broaden in any way Tenant's ’s Permitted Uses;
