Common use of Safety Data Base Clause in Contracts

Safety Data Base. The Parties will, as soon as practical, organize a serious adverse event data base (the “SAE Data Base”). Cellegy and Licensee shall jointly own the SAE Data Base and all data contained therein, and the data from the SAE Data Base shall be made available to both Parties. Licensee shall be responsible for, and bear the costs of, data for the SAE Data Base related to the Territory. Cellegy shall be responsible for, and bear the costs of, data for the SAE Data Base related to territories outside the Territory. As soon as practicable, the Parties shall attach a policy governing the formation and administration of the SAE Data Base to this Agreement as part of Exhibit G.
