Safety for the anti Sample Clauses

Safety for the anti cryostat The content of this section is valid only for preliminary assessment. The HSE unit will be required to indicate the applicable requirements to the project. The appliable safety rule to the anti-cryostat design, manufacturing, inspection, test, and use should be the GSI-M-4 (see xxxx://xxxxxx- xxxxx.xxx.xxxx.xx/XXX-X-0_XX.xxx and EDMS 1327191). The anti-cryostats are modifying the pressure-containing envelope of the existing CERN and FREIA vertical cryostats: it may be required to adopt quite a heavy conformity approach to safety rules since the cryostat is classified with a high-risk category (following PED Directive 2014/68/E.U. requirements).
