Safety from Violent Activity Clause Samples

The 'Safety from Violent Activity' clause is designed to protect parties from harm or risk arising from violent acts during the course of an agreement or event. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of each party to prevent, report, or respond to violent incidents, and may specify procedures for evacuation, notification, or suspension of activities if violence occurs. Its core function is to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved by establishing clear protocols and allocating responsibility in situations involving violence.
