Safety from Violent Activity Clause Samples
The 'Safety from Violent Activity' clause is designed to protect parties from harm or risk arising from violent acts during the course of an agreement or event. 25.3.1 During hours of darkness, or when an employee’s workstation or parking space is in a remote area, unit members may request and receive, if available, an escort from Campus Police.
