Safety Helmets, Clothing, and Equipment. The Contractor shall not permit any person for whom he is responsible or liable to enter or remain on the site of the Work unless the person is equipped with and wearing a safety helmet and other protective clothing and safety equipment conforming to the requirements of Paragraph 13.3, and shall discharge from the site all persons not so equipped. The Contractor shall post conspicuous signs at appropriate locations warning the public and persons engaged upon the Work of this requirement. The Contractor shall furnish for their temporary use such safety helmets, protective clothing, and safety equipment as RMWD, the Engineer, or their representatives may request of him.
