Safety Inspections. A safety inspection consists of an on-site, qualified system inspection, by or on behalf of a Propane Marketer, to verify that the propane system, including all equipment, is installed in compliance with the Program terms and conditions and all laws, and that the system has passed a pressure or leak test. A “Gas Check: is an acceptable Safety Inspection. Written documentation of the Safety Inspection is required.
