Common use of Safety of Operator’s Staff Clause in Contracts

Safety of Operator’s Staff. The Operator is fully responsible and liable for the health and safety of the Operator's Staff and the personal property of the Operator’s Staff, and indemnifies and releases Aurizon Network to the extent permitted by Law from any liability in relation to the Operator's Staff except to the extent that such liability is caused or contributed to by the wilful default or negligence of Aurizon Network or Aurizon Network’s Staff.
