Resumption of Operations. In the event of action prohibited by Section 1 above, the Union immediately shall disavow such action and request the employees to return to work, and shall use its best efforts to achieve a prompt resumption of normal operations. The union, including its officials and agents, shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, upon complying with the requirements of this Section.
Resumption of Operations. As soon as practicable after any loss, the Insured shall resume complete or partial business operations of the property described and, in so far as practicable, reduce or dispense with such extra expenses that are being incurred.

Resumption of Operations. It is a condition of this insurance that if the Insured could reduce the loss resulting from the interruption of business:
(a) by complete or partial resumption of operation of the property insured hereby, whether damaged or not, or
(b) by making use of merchandise or other property at the location(s) specified in the Declarations Page(s) or elsewhere; such reduction shall be taken into consideration in arriving at the amount of loss hereunder.
Resumption of Operations. In the event of action prohibited by Section 5.1 above, the Bargaining unit agrees to inform its members of their obligation under this Agreement and direct them to return to work, and shall use its best efforts to achieve a prompt resumption of formal operation.
Resumption of Operations. At any time within the period of suspension under the provisions of Section 7.1 Texoga may give written notice of its intention to resume operations at least thirty days prior to such resumption of operations. When operations are resumed, all the provisions of the Agreement shall be in effect once more and the initial term will be extended by the length of the period of suspended operations.

In the event of actions prohibited in Section24.1 above, the SPOA immediately shall disavow such action and request the officers to return to work, cease work slowdown or cease all other actions prohibited in Section 24.1 and shall use its best efforts to achieve a prompt resumption of normal operations. The SPOA, including its officials and agents, shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, upon complying with the requirements of this Section.
