Common use of Safety Officer and Personnel Clause in Contracts

Safety Officer and Personnel. (a) The Contractor shall appoint a suitably qualified and experienced person as safety officer who shall be responsible for compliance with Safety Requirements and all safety matters relating to the Works. The Contractor shall, from time to time, provide such other personnel and resources as may be required to ensure the effective implementation of the safety programme on Site.
