Sufficiency of Contract Sum. The Contractor shall be deemed to have satisfied himself that the Contract Sum covers all his obligations under the Contract and all matters and things necessary for the proper design (to the extent required by the Contract), execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of Defects.

Sufficiency of Contract Sum. EPC Contractor represents and warrants to Client that the Contract Sum, as such amount may be modified in accordance herewith, provides sufficient funds for EPC Contractor to complete the Work and to achieve Final Completion in accordance with the terms hereof. EPC Contractor is fully liable for the completion of the Project regardless of any failure to satisfy the warranties or representations set forth in this section.
