Common use of Sage Termination Clause in Contracts

Sage Termination. If Sage terminates this Agreement for breach of this clause 17, ISV Partner shall not be entitled to claim compensation or any further remuneration, regardless of any activities or agreements with additional third parties entered into before termination.
