Salaries for Certified Personnel Beyond Ten Months. Certificated personnel employed under a ten month contract (196 days) shall have a work year of 196 days, and shall be paid in accordance with the 196 day salary schedule included in this contract. Such leave is non-cumulative and can only be used in the contract year it is earned. The supervising administrator must agree to the leave request. Such leave requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the leave. The unpaid leave described in this section is the only unpaid personal leave under this contract.
