Salary Adjustment Upon Promotion and Transfer. Employees promoted on a temporary or permanent basis shall be placed at the first step of the new pay grade which provides a raise in pay of at least fifty ($50) dollars per month. Employees transferred to a different classification within the same pay grade shall not suffer a loss in pay as a result.
