Salary and Accrued Benefits. If Executive's employment with the Company is terminated for any reason, including death, the Company shall pay to Executive (or his estate) any unpaid base salary and other accrued benefits to which Executive is entitled on the date of termination under the terms of the Company's compensation plans.
