Common use of Salary Due at Termination Clause in Contracts

Salary Due at Termination. In the event of any termination of Executive's employment under this Agreement, Executive (or his estate) shall be paid any unpaid portion of his salary that has accrued by virtue of his employment during the period prior to termination, and any unpaid, declared bonus, together with any unpaid business expenses properly incurred under this Agreement prior to termination. Such amounts shall be paid within 15 days of the date of termination, unless otherwise provided herein.
