Salary Grid Movement. All advancement is contingent upon the submission of a professional development report (see Section D below) and legislative funding and/or authorization. Consistent with other provisions of this Agreement, full-time academic employees shall be eligible to advance one (1) level from Level 1 to Level 12 upon the completion of each full year of service.

This contingency is waived on a one-time basis for the initial implementation of the 2017-2019 Agreement. Consistent with other provisions of this Agreement, full-time academic employees shall be eligible to advance one (1) level upon the completion of each full year ofservice.
Salary Grid Movement. All advancement for Full-Time faculty is contingent upon the submission of a professional development report (see Section E. (Professional Development Report) below) and a legislatively authorized funding source that has been mutually bargained, including for funds other than a legislative appropriation.   • Salary Grids Classifications and salary rates are attached as Schedule "A" and forms part of this Collective Agreement. The years referred to in the salary schedules shall mean years of continuous service with the Employer in the designated classification, plus the applicable allowances under 23.04. Years of service on the new grid may not relate to the employee’s service level as a result of April 1, 2007 harmonization of the grids and blending the bargaining units.

  • Salary Grid September 1, 2005 – add 2% to the new base grid.   • SALARY LIMITATION The Grantee cannot use the SAPT Block Grant to pay salaries in excess of Level I of the Federal Senior Executive pay scale.

  • Salary/Wages Grantee shall list personnel involved, position classification, direct salary rates, and hours spent on the Project in accordance with Attachment 3, Grant Work Plan in their documentation for reimbursement or match requirements.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Salary Payments For payroll purposes, the work week shall be defined as Monday through Sunday. In any school year, the dollar amounts on the first and last paychecks of the year may vary.

  • Salary Guide A listing of position classifications and the assigned salary grades referred to as the Support Staff Position Salary Guide is attached hereto as Appendix A and made a part of this Agreement. Steps on the Salary Guide for each pay grade will be adjusted upward by two percent (2%) each year of this Agreement.

  • Salary Payment In consideration of Executive’s timely execution and non-revocation of the Release by the Release Deadline Date, the Company shall pay Executive a severance payment equal to Executive’s Monthly Base Salary multiplied by the number of months in the Covered Termination Severance Period, less applicable withholdings. The severance payment shall be payable (except as set forth in Article 5) in a lump sum on the first regularly-scheduled payroll date occurring on or after the Release Deadline Date.

  • Salary Schedule Progression Employees shall progress from step to step in salary grade on the basis of satisfactory job performance based upon established standards of performance. Seasonal employee's initial anniversary date shall be established after being in pay status for two thousand eighty (2,080) hours. Such date shall then be used for annual performance evaluation and step progression consideration. When an employee's anniversary date falls on any day from the first day of a pay week through Wednesday of the pay week, the employee's merit increase shall be effective as of the first day of the pay week within which the anniversary date falls. Otherwise, the merit increase shall be effective on the first day of the next pay week. Grievances arising from the denial of merit increases shall not be arbitrable under this Agreement but shall be processed as follows:
