Salary Schedule Implementation. 6.5.1 Probationary and permanent bargaining unit members may select eleven (11) or twelve (12) equal salary payments by August 15 of each year. Once bargaining unit members select an option they will remain with the method selected for a period of at least one (1) year. Newly employed bargaining unit members shall make this selection at the time of employment. 6.5.2 The annual salaries set forth in this Agreement shall be paid in eleven or twelve (11 or 12) equal installments, payable on the last working day of each month with appropriate deductions.
