Salary through Termination Date. The Bank shall pay Officer his full base salary through the Termination Date at the monthly rate in effect at the time that Notice of Termination is given, together with an amount equal to the product of (x) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in the year of termination preceding the Termination Date and the denominator of which is 360, and (y) the greater of the following amounts:
