Common use of Sale and Leaseback Clause in Contracts

Sale and Leaseback. Enter into any arrangement with any Person providing for the leasing by it of Property which has been or is to be sold or transferred by it to such Person or to any other Person to whom funds have been or are to be advanced by such Person on the security of such Property or its rental obligations, or permit any Subsidiary of the Borrower so to do, except for sale and leasing transactions described herein for which the combined selling price of all Property subject to all such transactions does not exceed $100,000,000 in any fiscal year of Borrower.

Sale and Leaseback.
