Sale and Leasebacks. It will not and will not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to enter into any arrangement, directly or indirectly, with any Person whereby it or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries shall sell or transfer any of its Property, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, and whereby it or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries shall then or thereafter rent or lease such Property or any part thereof or other Property that it or such Restricted Subsidiary intend to use for substantially the same purpose or purposes as the Property sold or transferred unless (a) the sale of such Property is permitted by Section 6.06 and (b) any Liens arising in connection with its use of such Property are permitted by Section 6.02.
