Sale of Eligible Lands. The Eligible Applicant shall notify, verbally or in writing, the Minister as soon as practicable after the Eligible Applicant learns that Eligible Lands are or will be sold. The Eligible BMP Activity shall be deemed to have been terminated as of the date of the transfer of the land unless the purchaser agrees to allow the Eligible Applicant to conduct the Eligible BMP Activity on the Eligible Lands for the remainder of the Project Term.
