Common use of Sale of Green Attributes Clause in Contracts

Sale of Green Attributes. During the Delivery Term, Seller shall sell and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer shall purchase from Seller, all Green Attributes attributable to the PV Energy generated by the Facility. Upon request of Buyer, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to (a) submit, and receive approval from the Center for Resource Solutions (or any successor that administers the Green-e Certification process), for the Green-e tracking attestations and (b) support Buyer’s efforts to qualify the Green Attributes transferred by Seller as Green-e Certified.

Sale of Green Attributes. Upon request of BuyerBuyer and subject to Section 3.12, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to to (a) submit, submit and receive approval from the Center for Resource Solutions (or any successor that administers the Green-e Certification process), for the Green-e tracking attestations and (b) support Buyer’s efforts to qualify the Green Attributes transferred by Seller as Green-e Certified.
