Sale of Liquidating. Trust Assets The --------------------------------- Liquidating Trustee is hereby authorized and directed, at such times as it may deem appropriate, to transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of all or any part of the Liquidating Trust Assets in the Liquidating Trust as it deems appropriate at public auction or at private sale for cash, securities or other property, or upon credit (either secured or unsecured as the Liquidating Trustee shall determine).
